Position description

We seek an enthusiastic Data Entry officer to join our Data Entry Team at Dubbo. You will be an essential team member, and your responsibilities will include the following:

• Recording key information and accurately doing data entry in multiple data bases.
• Taking in-coming calls, scanning request forms and various other duties within the department.
• Working in other areas of the laboratory as required.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast paced health environment.
• Collaborating with other team members to achieve tasks promptly.
• Conducting office duties and other clerical duties as required.

Ideal candidate

We are proud to say we have a learning and supportive environment, and full training will be provided. We are looking for the following:

• Open to working rostered full time hours Monday to Friday, between 8:30am to 6pm and participation in the Saturday morning roster.
• Familiar with medical terminology in a healthcare setting is desirable but not essential.
• Strong computer literacy and fast typing skills. Typing speed of 60 words per minute will be highly regarded.
• A hard-working, motivated individual with a strong work ethic.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is a team player.
• Strong attention to detail with good time management skills.
