Essential Duties:- Act as a primary contact for all operational and service activities related to departmental systems; including but not limited to troubleshooting issues from financial professionals and company associates, interfacing with outside vendor(s), processing activations and deactivations; and providing information and reports related to departmental systems upon request
- Deliver professional presentations and both formal and informal trainings during teleconference or occasional in-person session including offsite presentations
- Assist with the maintenance of billing records for financial professionals, including monitoring free trial periods and trial-ending notifications for system users
- Develop an understanding of other company technology systems that interface or could be used with or to troubleshoot inbound inquires related to departmental systems
- Provide customer service related to Performance Reporting and supply information as needed at request of management, company associates, and financial professionals
- Maintain and create new procedures, as needed, and document actions for your duties
Compensation: $18-22 per hour. This range is a good faith estimate of the compensation to be offered for this position based on the ideal candidate’s qualifications, the Company’s operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. The actual pay offered to a specific candidate may vary above or below the stated range.
