Essential Duties:
  • Answer and problem-solve incoming telephone, e-mail and in-person technical support requests from associates professionally and courteously to facilitate timely resolution
  • Set up equipment for associate use, performing and ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software
  • Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or equipment to meet user needs
  • Manage sensitive and confidential matters though planning and protecting security of information, data and files
  • Assist in determining source and troubleshooting high-level system problems
Education & Experience:
One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related technical experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Compensation: $18-$21 per hour. This range is a good faith estimate of the compensation to be offered for this position based on the ideal candidate’s qualifications, the Company’s operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. The actual pay offered to a specific candidate may vary above or below the stated range.
