Job Description:

Job Summary

This position is responsible for loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, scanning, sorting, and stocking air and ground international packages. UPS Package Handlers may utilize heavy machinery to complete tasks and will be working with conveyor belts and other package/parcel moving equipment to assist them in the loading and unloading.

This position performs other tasks as assigned in a fast-paced environment.

• Shift is from Monday to Friday, 4:00AM start time (Start time will vary with 24hrs notice)

• Shift is subject to change due to operational needs

• Position is located at 200 - 770 Enterprise Crescent, Victoria BC

• Guaranteed Wage Progression

• Guaranteed Top Rate¹

Responsibilities:

• Learns and properly executes UPS package handling methods.

• Loads and unloads UPS packages into trailers or package cars.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Ability to multi-task

• Able to work in a fast paced work environment

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kgs.

• Ability to read and memorize postal codes

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Commit to work in an Early Morning Shift, five days per week (Monday to Friday)
