Hours: 28 average per week

- Mon 15:00 - 22:30 // Tues 15:00 - 22:30 // Sat 15:00 - 22:30 // Sun 10:00 - 17:30
- Thurs 15:00 - 22:30 // Fri 15:00 - 22:30 // Sat 13:00 - 20:30 // Sun 08:00 - 15:30
Salary: £16,802.24pa ( £11.54ph) starting rate rising to £16,91.52pa (£11.67ph) upon successful completion of probation.

For this role, you need 5mpbs upload and 15mpbs download internet speed
Training commitments:
You will need to be able to commit to a 7 week training pattern, we have two schedules.

Week 1 Monday - Friday 08:00 - 14:30
Week 2 Monday - Friday 08:00 - 14:30
Week 3 Monday - Friday 09:00 - 15:30
Week 4 Monday - Friday 09:00 - 15:30
Week 5 Monday - Friday 10:30 - 15:00 & 08:00 - 14:30 Saturday and Sunday
Week 6 Tuesday - Friday 09:00 - 15:30
Week 7 Monday - Friday 08:00 - 14:30
OPTION 2 Evenings & Weekends
All 7 weeks
Thursday & Friday 15:00-22:30
Saturday 13:00- 20:30
Sunday 08:00- 15:30

ABOUT YOU
You must possess a genuine desire to help the community, be empathetic and have the ability to sympathetically communicate with a distressed caller. Ideally you would have some experience in a customer facing role and a good general standard of education, but we believe that within the right core values and training that you could thrive in this role.
THE ROLE
The heart of the Emergency Call Handler role is to arrange help for our vulnerable clients when they need us the most. Calls can vary considerably. Sharing our purpose and team spirit, you will play your part every day. With a cool head, you’ll be handling varying calls, anything from providing reassurance, actioning accidental calls, test calls, to contacting emergency services. This is a rewarding role where trust is key. But it can also be tough - so you’ll need to be resilient too! You’ll also need the drive to meet personal targets whilst delivering excellent customer service.
