Executive Assistant to SVP Global Quality (m/f/d)

In this role you will provide a full range of high-level administrative support to the Senior Vice President, Global Quality. A highly visible role requiring uppermost level of professionalism, confidentiality and discretion.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature using tact and diplomacy.

• Prepare materials for LT meetings and arrange and attend LT meetings. Supports to take and distribute accurate minutes.

• Receive, screen and direct incoming calls, visitors, mail and e-mail on behalf of the Global Head of Quality and other member of the LT.

• Maintain files, records, calendars and diaries.

• Arrange business travel, and track and process expenses and relevant invoices.

• Organize Leadership Team events.

• Support special projects and compile reports.

• Support and overview onboarding processes.

• Key Requisitioner role for the Quality Organization based in Basel.

• Timekeeper role for the Quality Organization based in Basel.

• Use own independent judgment and discretion to perform other administrative duties within generally defined policies and practices.

Key requirements:

• A-level/high school diploma or commercial or business administration apprenticeship

• English and German proficient

• Proven experience in supporting Senior Executives

• Experience working in a large and complex matrix organization

• Life Sciences industry experience is preferred

• Experience with SAP, Concur is preferred
