Key Responsibilities:

• Cost accounting: Understanding cost structures within manufacturing processes is crucial.
  
  

The controller must be skilled in cost accounting techniques to accurately assess product

costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and make informed pricing decisions.

• Overall management of the accounting department: Lead and oversee the daily
  
  

operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance in all tasks.

• Financial reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present monthly financial reports with insights
  
  

and recommendations for strategic decision-making.

• Payroll administration: Manage the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate
  
  

compensation for all employees.

• Assistance in company management: Support senior management in financial planning,
  
  

budgeting, and operational strategies to drive company growth.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial management role.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field. CPA or equivalent preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, payroll administration, and budgeting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
• Ability to work full-time and in person, Monday through Friday.
  
  

Salary: $70,000 - $80,00 per annum.
