Salesforce Data Technician and Carwash Market Research

Description:

The responsibility of the Salesforce Data Technician is to clean and organize data. This position will also be responsible for calling carwash owners in the US and Canada to obtain details of the car wash equipment

Requirements:

• Clean and organize data in Salesforce to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Update and maintain data ensuring Salesforce has the most current information
• Research of Car Wash Stations in USA and Canada.
• Cold Calling of car wash stations to find out details of equipment, age, etc.

Education and/or Experience

• High School Degree or equivalent

Communication/Language Skills

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) are a must.
• Ability to read and comprehend documents and simple instructions.

Technical Competencies

• Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint) and
• Salesforce experience
