Fundamental Duties and Responsibilities

• Professionally welcoming all guests as the first point of contact at the Food Factory and Reception, greeting them in a professional manner.
• Maintaining an accurate record of visitors on site and ensuring with security procedures to also ensure fire safety measures are consistently met.
• Processing orders from customers in the Food Factory, which are received by various methods, and to ensure all orders are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Providing excellent customer standard to reflect the high standards of the company in all areas, whether that be Food Factory Customers or company visitors.
• Taking incoming calls and enquires, directing them to the appropriate departments or specific staff members to allow the customers' request to be dealt with efficiently.
• Completing administration duties as required, including but not limited to filing, accepting deliveries and processing general enquiry emails.
• Providing Food Factory customers with accurate product information and recommendations based on the ability to continue to develop product knowledge.
• Maintain stock rotation and order new stock internally as required.

Working shift pattern

• Monday - Wednesday: 11:30 – 5:30 Thursday-Friday: 9:30 – 5:5:30

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £12.01 per hour
