We're looking for Receptionist to join our team at our Cambridge clinic. As a Receptionist, you'll be the backbone of the clinic, turning your hand to a bit of everything to support the smooth operation of the Centre. If you're an experienced Front of House Receptionist with a strong focus and drive for world class customer service, then we're keen to hear from you.
You'll help us make health happen by:
- Welcome each patient as they enter the Bupa Centre. Respond to all patients requests professionally and in a personable, accurate and timely manner
- Handle all patient interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, resolve patient complaints; assist patient in all inquiries in connection with clinic services and hours of operations
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Handle multi-phone line system, professionally answering calls, scheduling appointments, responding to email, and ensuring great communication with patients and staff.
- Ensure all customer details are correct, customers are arrived, appointments booked, changed, and rescheduled on EXACT/BOSS/Meddbase. Process of payments, invoices, added charges and credit notes upon customer departure
- Organise self to ensure a quick turnaround of documents, working in date order and prioritising to meet deadlines
- Post - collect, open, date st, distribute incoming post, and post outgoing post
- Generate letters as required by the business.
- Monitor stocks and order goods when required.
- Play an active part in ensuring well-presented facilities through pro-activity and effective escalation as and when required.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
- Proven experience delivering exceptional, client focused customer service in person such as in retail, hospitality or in a similar role as a Receptionist.
- Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills, able to quickly build rapport and put people at ease.
- Great time management and flexibility, you'll need to switch tasks and support where needed throughout your shift.
- Excellent attention to detail.
