- Monday - Friday
- Full Time, 40 hours per week
- First Shift, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
- Location: Newington
- A considerable amount of driving is involved as servicing multiple facilities is expected.
- This position is eligible to apply for telework after successful completion of the working test period, and thereafter, in accordance with the Telework Policy. The Policy can be found here. Employees in their initial working test period must work on site in the office.
The successful candidate must be dependable and self-motivated as they will often be working independently. The ability to multi-task and to take initiative in completing duties with minimal supervision is necessary. The individual filling this position is required to maintain a valid Connecticut Driver’s License.

- Experience troubleshooting and repairing a variety of trades including electrical, carpentry, painting, HVACR, masonry, and plumbing work.
- Experience installing and repairing commercial doors and hardware including mortice locks and closers.
- Experience operating complex mechanical equipment.
- Experience in performing monthly life safety inspections.
- Experience with roof repairs.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel and Word.
