Our 18-month Graduate Scheme includes three rotations across core operational teams, where you'll tackle real projects and solve meaningful challenges from day one. With hands-on experience, you'll build a strong foundation and the skills to grow into a future leader.

You'll choose from:

• Marketing & Communications: Get creative telling our story and bringing our brand to life
• Commercial Operations & Partnerships: Drive growth through impactful partnerships and commercial opportunities for Capital on Tap
• Business Operations (BizOps): Solve complex challenges, streamline processes, and ensure our operations run efficiently
• Product Operations (ProdOps): Ensure our product delivers value to our customers seamlessly
• Product Management: Shaping the future of our product and the features we offer our customers
• People Operations (PeopleOps): Create an amazing employee experience that fuels success

We're Looking For

• A recent graduate with a degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Social Sciences, or Humanities would be ideal
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Takes ownership, keeps things simple, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Naturally curious and enjoys solving problems
• A team player who can support others to achieve a shared goal
