Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as the Head of Compliance at TCTS Group Ltd. As the Head of Compliance, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of regulatory compliance for our rapidly growingclient base. This includes ensuring adherence to transportation regulations, overseeing compliance training programs, management & conducting compliance audits, public Inquiries and staying up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements.

This role is Hybrid based within the UK.

Qualifications

• Compliance Management, Regulatory Compliance, and Legal Compliance
• Experience in interpreting and applying regulations and compliance standards
• Analytical Skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Relevant certification or qualifications in compliance or a related field
• Knowledge of transport industry regulations and standards
