Hiring General Managers for Calgary-based Hospitality Group

We are seeking talented and driven General Managers in the Edmonton area to join our esteemed hospitality group for opportunities at our Calgary, Alberta restaurants. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in hospitality management,
exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for providing outstanding guest experiences
across our diverse venues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure that all aspects of the hospitality experience

meet our high standards.

• Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and

operational efficiency.

• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment while ensuring compliance

with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality management.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple venues and diverse teams effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
