Hotel Laundry Attendant (Winter)

We are looking to fill the position of Laundry Attendant at Fernie Alpine Resort. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be physically capable, and have excellent customer service skills. You Will:
Ensure a comfortable and friendly atmosphere for both guests and staff
Provide standard laundry service for two resort hotels - sort, wash, dry, fold, load, and unload towels and bedding
Provide housekeeping support upon request
Follow departmental policies, procedures, and service standards
Meet guest requests in a timely and friendly manner to ensure the highest level of service and guest experience
Provide non-stop teamwork with your teammates and managers
Adhere to RCR Policy, Employee Handbook, and Safety Management Program
Perform other assigned duties as requested by management

You Have:
Past experience - this is an asset but not required, we will train!
The ability to work independently and cooperatively in a team environment
The ability to be reliable and responsible with a customer service orientation
The ability to be physically capable of lifting heavy loads and undertake strenuous labor
