In this busy, varied role you'll help to research, design and implement cost effective, efficient tools and processes to support each stage of the employee lifecycle.

We have an amazing opportunity for a driven and enthusiastic HR assistant to join the Aldi HR Department to support our employee benefits strategy.

This fast-paced and exciting role includes promoting the MyBenefits platform to colleagues, managing partnerships, launching new benefits and contributing to the annual Pay and Benefits Review.

A small part of the role will also include supporting the team director with monthly tasks and diary management.

Your New Role

  • Supporting the delivery of the Benefits strategy to all GB colleagues
  • Identifying and rolling out new benefits
  • Keeping a close eye on changes to competitor’s benefit offerings
  • Analysing data for the annual Benefits Review
  • Analysing and reporting on Benefit usage data
  • Creating and delivering the annual internal communication and engagement plan by creating and developing written and visual content such as writing articles, digital screens and videos
  • Preparing company committee documentation to ensure all stakeholders and senior leaders are kept up to date and informed
  • Liaising and building strong relationships with key stakeholders of all levels across the business
  • Supporting benefit queries from colleagues and leaders across the business
  • Completing monthly eligibility and Total Reward Statement data files for the MyBenefits Platform
  • Coordinating Long Service Award orders from across the business each month
  • Full diary management of team director’s calendar
  • Monthly credit card reconciliation
  • Support team director with team financial planning

What You'll get in Return

  • Salary details £33,390 rising to £41,460
  • Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, with the opportunity of 2 days a week remote working
