Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent interpersonal skills, and a thorough understanding of HR policies and procedures, especially in a cross-border operational context.

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Staffing:
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in Muzaffarabad.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate the hiring process.
• Ensure new employees are onboarded effectively.
• Employee Relations:
• Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries.
• Foster a positive work environment and address employee grievances.
• Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts.
• Performance Management:
• Develop and implement performance appraisal systems.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
• Identify training and development needs and organize relevant programs.
• Policy Development:
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements in both Pakistan and the AJK.
• Ensure employees are aware of and adhere to company policies.
• Compliance and Reporting:
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws in both regions.
• Prepare and submit reports on HR metrics and activities.
• Manage employee benefits and compensation programs.
• Training and Development:
• Identify training needs and develop training programs.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Strong understanding of labor laws and employment regulations in both Pakistan and the AJK
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR management software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
