In Play Odds Specialist - BetMGM - Mandalay Bay

THE JOB:

The In-Play Odds Specialist position requires a candidate who is motivated, experienced in wagering, and performs at the highest standard in the gambling industry. This position will be able to trade the vast In-Play sports wagering product within all BetMGM Sportsbooks across the USA.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Sets up daily sports trading markets and future bet types

• Continually monitors live trends and game situations with a view to ensuring the quality and accuracy of the generated data

• Continually monitor world-wide markets on events currently being traded for comparison and evaluation

• Make informed decisions pertaining to the trading of the live game data

• Ensure daily schedules and operations are adhered to as per management's expectations

• Trade In-Play events for BetMGM retail

• Reports to the In-Play Supervisors and Senior Traders

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• At least 21 years of age

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education experience

• Has NV Gaming license

• Strong mathematical skills

• Ability to multi-task in multiple systems

• Previous experience in a sportsbook

SCHEDULE:

• Part-Time: Up to 30 hours a week

• Varied shifts including evenings and weekends- dependent on game and event times

STARTING PAY RATE: $20.00 per hour
