Innovation Manager - Fragrance and Beauty

• Partner and Influence: Support and partner with different teams to improve the delivery of innovative fragrance solutions to our customers, their brands, and consumers; Identify and explain value drivers for our customers and strategically position Givaudan solutions and technologies. Contribute to find relevant solutions to empower and equip our marketing and sales teams.

• Discover and Challenge: Translate trends, market data, and consumer studies into insights to feed and accelerate ongoing projects and the innovation pipeline; Oversee social media initiatives by monitoring social listening trends, using external social media tracking platforms, and remaining up-to-date with current trends. Analyze data to uncover new narratives and storytelling methods, identifying business opportunities for Givaudan and our clients. Challenge us by proposing creative solutions to add value for our customers.

• Explore and Evolve: Manage the exploration and implementation of alternative solutions (e.g., digital tools, new concepts, strategies & methodologies) for our development teams and customers; Maintain a grasp of digital trends and lead plans on digital-based platforms, demonstrating digital proficiency.

• University degree in Marketing, Business/Management, Communication with industry focus on Advertisement (strategic planning), Consumer Insights.
• 6+ years of overall experience
• 6+ years’ functional/technical experience in the industry.
• Experience energizing and leading teams around a project;
• Competence in developing and delivering compelling presentations;
• Competence in olfactive skills and fluency in fragrance language.
• Experience with innovation and interest in fragrances, cosmetics, beauty, and trends;
• Social media knowledgeable
