We have an exciting opportunity for an International Transportation Administrator in our Manno’s office.
What you’ll do:
  • Communicating with teams across Europe about orders and shipments
  • Arrange store construction shipments
  • Control address corrections and shipment lists for the ecommerce branch
  • Arranging special transport like couriers for urgencies
  • Investigate incomplete deliveries
  • Controlling transport invoices and submit claims
  • Support in resolving issues with carriers
  • Administrative support
  • Prioritize orders in cooperation with warehouse team
  • Contact all parties involved in case of exceptions during transportation
  • Checking transport invoices
  • Follow up on high costs
  • Support in statistical review
REQUIREMENTS
  • Logistics experience is a plus
  • Looking for a challenge
  • Flexible and able to cope with changes
  • Full-time available
  • MBO plus/HBO starter
  • Proficient in Excel (this is a must for this role)
  • Good command of English (verbal and written, this is a must for this role)
  • Accurate
  • Communicative
  • Flexible with hands on mentality
  • Team – player, service minded and willing to learn
