IT Help Desk Support

The Helpdesk Support Specialist specializes in providing on-site support, installation, configuration and maintenance to the hardware and software platforms in the corporate and production facility

• Administrate proper implementation of various software
• Provide preventive and corrective maintenance of the technical hardware and software within the facility
• Configure hardware, platform, and applications in order to guarantee the correct performance and functionality
• Provide technical support to all users of the facility
• Provide solutions and document incidences reported
• Maintain Inventory and coordinate with other departments on needs
• Coordinate equipment and set up for all new hires when necessary
• Special assignments or tasks assigned to the employee by their superior, as determined from time to time in their sole and complete discretion.

Required Skills:

• Experience in hardware maintenance (Computers, Printers, Laptops and other)
• IT infrastructure installations
• Installation and configuration of software (e.g., Operating Systems, e-mail, etc.)
• Technical coaching and training
• Ability to have sense of urgency and think quickly
• Excellent time management, organization and prioritization skills are required
• Must have customer service focus and team player mind set
• Must be comfortable stand and walking for long periods of time

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
