Job Summary:
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating and closing sales leads obtained through the company's social media marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consultative sales, experience working with social media platforms to identify and nurture leads, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify, qualify, and follow up on sales leads generated through the company's social media channels
- Guide customers through the sales process, providing information about the company's products and services to help them make informed purchasing decisions
- Achieve individual and team sales targets as set by the Sales Manager
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the company's CRM system
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on social media lead generation efforts and suggest improvements
- Assist with other tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager or team
Requirements:
- 1 years of proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably with a focus on social media lead generation
- Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to understand customer needs and pain points
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
- Proficient in using social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook) for lead generation and nurturing
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales-related tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
- Willingness to work a 6-day work week, with Fridays off, and adhere to an 8-hour daily office presence
