You will own the daily and weekly studio schedule, using Teamwork to plan, monitor, and adapt timelines in collaboration with the Product Photographer. Your physical presence in the studio, combined with your deep understanding of the workflow, allows you to respond quickly and accurately to changes as they arise.
You coordinate closely with the Product Photographer to track daily progress, evaluate time requirements per task, and ensure efficient use of resources. Your organizational skills help keep the photography and post-production in sync and on target.
Inventory & Logistics: Maintain an overview of studio supplies, equipment, and incoming/outgoing samples or materials
- Manage and update the daily and weekly scheduling of the photo studio using Teamwork
- Coordinate and align with photography and post-production to ensure seamless daily operations
- Monitor daily progress and time requirements with the product photographer
- Quickly adapt the schedule based on real-time needs and changes in the studio
- Act as the go-to person for resource coordination and task prioritization
- Ensure clarity and alignment across the studio team, especially during high-volume periods (SS / AW seasons)

- Experience in fashion or e-commerce production
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with DAM (Digital Asset Management) or studio management
- 1-year contract with option for extension to permanent contract;
- Salary per month based on 38 hours per week, depending on education and experience;
- Our salaries are based on 38 hours per week, but fulltime work is 40 hours per week. Instead, you choose between a lot of holidays; 40 per year ór choose for a 40-hour salary per month with still 28 holidays. You can switch every six months;
