- You are responsible for the social compliance process at our factories, and you contribute to obtaining a positive audit result;

- You proactively stay aware of the latest developments on social compliance and actively innovate and evolve the social compliance processes;
- You will have direct contact with our sales and commercial teams to follow-up on sourcing related requests from customers;
- You will support other team members by following up on day-to-day issues with suppliers;
- You will support the team with strategic data analysis with focus on production quantities, forecast and supplier performance;
- You will monitor and follow-up on our sourcing project planning;
- You proactively communicate with all team members and functional partners on a daily basis to ensure a smooth sourcing process;
- You maintain and develop the relationship with existing suppliers.
- Minimum requirement Bachelor (HBO) graduate;
- Minimum 1-3 years relevant work experience (e.g., coordinating function in an international work environment, experience in working with suppliers abroad);
- Experience with and knowledge of the textile industry;
- Good communication skills and a team player;
- Responsible, pro-active, independent, collaborative and dedicated;
- Structured way of working, analytical, process-oriented and experience with Excel;
- Commercial mindset;
- Fluent in English and Dutch, both spoken & written.
- 1-year contract with option for extension to permanent contract;
- Salary per month based on 38 hours per week, depending on education and experience;
- Our salaries are based on 38 hours per week, but fulltime work is 40 hours per week. Instead, you choose between a lot of holidays; 37 per year ór choose for a 40-hour salary per month with still 25 holidays. You can switch every six months;
