Marketplace Coordinator

The Marketplace Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing both the visual and commercial display of our products in the market. They actively drive our business on-site by analyzing KPIs, implementing merchandising standards and being a reliable partner for our customers.

• Be a competent contact person for our customers on-site and a close cooperation with the sales team;
• Carrying out area checks and optimization in terms of location and product presentation;
• Shopfloor optimization regarding location and product presentation, etc.;
• Visual merchandising and execution of pre-defined assortment plans;
• Ensuring constant replenishment, planning and analyzing key figures and initiating appropriate measures;
• Implementation of centrally controlled marketing campaigns;
• Monitoring key profit indicators and initiate appropriate action steps;
• Planning and forecasting of decorative materials;
• Training of sales staff on shopfloor;
• Other occurring relevant activities and/or projects.
• The MPC is traveling for 4 days/week and 1 day working from home

• Commercial experience developed in Sport/Fashion goods or FMCG industry with a minimum of 3 years in a comparable position
• Fluent written and verbal communication in Dutch and English
• Communicative, Structured, Connector

• 1-year contract with option for extension to permanent contract;
• Salary per month based on 38 hours per week, depending on education and experience;
• Our salaries are based on 38 hours per week, but fulltime work is 40 hours per week. Instead, you choose between a lot of holidays; 40 per year or choose for a 40-hour salary per month with still 28 holidays. You can switch every six months;
