Machine Operator-TN Process 2 - 1st shift (7am-3:30pm)

Start a career with (EMUS) and develop your skills working as a Toner Process Machine Operator 2 in our Toner operation department. We are looking for a 1st shift operator to become an integral part of our team!

Responsibilities:

Under minimum supervision, the Toner Process Machine Operator will safely perform production activities such as start, stop and feed machines and monitor gauges, meters, valves, temperatures, pressures and related controls to ensure the product meets production/process specifications. These operators will also perform product changeovers and preventive maintenance. Documents all department functions daily, by keeping accurate and up-to-date batch records and data sheets on batches in process. Periodically assists in the training of new employees and aids employees with questions regarding work standards.

Experience

Required

• 2 years experience working with machines
• Basic computer skills required to perform data entry tasks.
• Speak and read English fluently.
• Accurately read and write numbers in decimals.

Preferred

• 2-3 year of experience in chemical processing, plastic extrusion, batch weighing and mixing.

Education

Required

• High School or better
