Looking for an exciting opportunity in a well-established and growing company? The Simple Company is a multi-million-dollar organization in its 14th year of business, and we are seeking an Operation Administrator who will undertake all general administrative duties by running various reports, maintaining off site information, and assisting with tasks to ensure the off-site locations are compliant.

The Role
- process orders from Home Depot to ensure timely delivery of required materials on-site.
- Maintain and monitor accurate records of Home Depot orders, shipment, delivery tracking and receipts.
- Notify relevant team members of any delays or issues with orders.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for team members, including accommodations, and transportation.
- Generate and distribute purchase orders for necessary supplies and materials.
- Ensure all purchase orders are accurately documented and tracked.
- Compile work order reports to track progress and job completion status.
- Share work order reports with management and relevant team members as needed.
- Coordinate the procurement and delivery of all necessary materials to job sites.
- Verify the availability of materials before the travel team departs.
- Maintain and update the Master List of ongoing jobs, adding new jobs and marking them as complete when finished.
- Oversee contracts related to snow removal and lawn maintenance, ensuring timely and cost-effective services.
- Assist in the coordination of rental applications as required.
- Conduct credit checks on applicants when necessary.
- Solicit quotes from third-party vendors and contractors for various services and supplies.
- Evaluate and compare quotes to make informed procurement decisions.
- Ensure that capital expenditures are appropriately documented and captured in the billing process.
- Collaborate with the accounting department to maintain accurate accounting records.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or operational support role.
- Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Schedule - 7.5-hour shift
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 45K - 50K
Work Location - Burlington (In person)
