What will you do?

Due to the growth of our company, we are looking for a first-line CDD & Support Operator.

As an Operator at Quantoz, you play an essential role in supporting our customers with their daily financial transactions. At the same time, you contribute actively to the security and integrity of our financial operations.

This role at Quantoz is crucial for our EMI license from the Dutch Central Bank, as part of our first line of defense within the 'Three Lines of Defense' framework.

As part of an ambitious company, we are looking for a candidate who not only excels in operational tasks but also has the potential to grow into a leadership position within the next year and lead a team of operators as a hands-on foreman. The ideal candidate shows initiative, has a proactive attitude and can work and learn effectively in a dynamic environment that is rapidly changing.

Key responsibilities

• Providing support via phone, email, and chat to our customers.
• Collecting Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Know Your Customer (KYC) information. This includes verifying customer identity, understanding their financial activities, and assessing risks.
• Monitoring customer transactions to identify and report unusual or suspicious activities, in accordance with our fraud prevention policy.
• Being responsible for timely creation of payout batches and uploading them into the banking system.
• Contributing to reports on transaction/customer activities and potential (related) risks.
• Contributing to continuous improvements in operational processes and customer service.
• Identifying optimization opportunities in your activities and communicating them with the development team.
• Being willing to participate in various training programs such as training in Customer Due Diligence, Transaction Monitoring, and/or Sanction Policy.
