Job Description
Personal Assistant – Tees Valley Hospital
37.5 hours per week
Right now we are looking for a Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team due to promotion of the current post holder.
The Role:
Reporting to the Hospital Director the post holder will provide general administrative support to ensure day to day business runs effectively. Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to, diary management, administrative and secretarial support including minute taking, complaints handling, doctor credentialing.
What you’ll bring with you:
  • Demonstrated Computer Skills including Excel and Power point
  • Secretarial experience including minute taking and document preparation
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business
  • Demonstrated customer service skills
