Production Coordinator

• Order Entry Extraordinaire: You'll be the gatekeeper of our orders, meticulously entering them into our system, verifying details, and coordinating with internal teams to catch any discrepancies before they become problems.
• Inventory Management Magician: Keeping track of our stock is crucial, and you'll be the whiz who monitors inventory levels, conducts audits, and ensures we have what we need to fulfill orders promptly.
• Shipping Sherlock: From organizing shipments based on customer needs to preparing shipping documents and liaising with carriers, you'll be the mastermind behind ensuring on-time deliveries.
• Process Improvement Pro: We're always looking for ways to streamline operations. You'll work with production, planning, and quality control to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements that boost efficiency and reduce lead times.
• Quality Control Champion: Maintaining top-notch quality is paramount. You'll have a keen eye for detail, ensuring products meet our high standards and addressing any deviations before they reach customers.
• Communication Catalyst: Clear and consistent communication is key. You'll keep both customers and internal stakeholders informed about order status, potential delays, and any other relevant information.

Qualifications

• You're a High School graduate with a hunger to learn.
• Bachelor's degree is a plus!
• You've got experience as a Production Coordinator or similar role, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• You're a software whiz, proficient in order management systems, inventory management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Organization and multitasking are your middle names. You can juggle multiple tasks with a smile.
• Problem-solving and decision-making are your superpowers. You can analyze situations and make sound calls under pressure.
• Accuracy is your religion. You have a meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to getting things right.
• Communication is your forte. You can clearly articulate information both verbally and in writing, and you possess excellent interpersonal skills.
• Bonus points if you have knowledge of shipping and logistics processes!

• Competitive salary range of $55,000 - $60,000 annually, based on your qualifications and experience.
