The Trecarn boasts 126 modern bedrooms, 2 self-catering apartments and a 24-hour check in service, due to high demand, we are looking to recruit a Receptionist on to the team.

As our Receptionist, your duties will include:

• Checking guests in and out
• Promoting food and beverage facilities.
• Providing information to guests on all hotel products and services.
• Be involved with taking payments, cash handling & balancing floats.
• Answering telephones and helping with guest queries

The successful candidate will be organised, punctual and well-presented, with excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of Opera would be advantageous.
