Due to exciting new business growth, Citizens Advice Dudley & Wolverhampton is seeking a Receptionist to join our dedicated team. FTC 12 Months - could be extended/become permanent based on funder decision.

Your role will be to act as a point of contact between our organisation and members of the public by:

• Providing reception cover in our 2 main offices in Dudley town centre and Wolverhampton town centre
• Ensuring clients feel welcomed and valued from the moment they step into our space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that promotes comfort and trust
• To complete an initial assessment (triage) through actively listening to clients' concerns and questions during the initial assessment process, showing empathy and understanding to build a strong rapport
• Co-ordinating our volunteers who help clients coming in to use our IT suite (information hub) within our offices to find advice information on certain websites
