Recruiter (Pakistan)

We are on the lookout for a passionate, dynamic, and organized Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team! The ideal candidate should have a wealth of experience in recruitment and will be responsible for the end-to-end hiring.
Salary: Base 40,000- 41,500 PKR + Bonus: 12500 - 13,900 PKR / Monthly

Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Handling all the positions from Entry Level to Sr. Level positions.
• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, ATS, LinkedIn etc
• Filtering and screening prospective candidates for open positions.
• Conducting the initial rounds of the interview and shortlisting the candidates through telephonic, and Video Interviews.
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
• Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

Requirements and skills:

• Hands-on end-to-end Hiring experience is a must.
• 1-3 years of direct recruiting experience managing all phases of the process.
• Excellent English communication skills - written and oral.
• Must have experience in scaling up and meeting the volume quickly.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution, and time management skills.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
