Job Summary:

This position involves proactive outreach to businesses, generating leads, and setting the stage for successful sales conversions. The SDR is responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify potential customers in the industry.
• Evaluate and qualify leads to ensure they align with the target customer profile.
• Engage leads with personalized communication via phone, email, and other channels.
• Schedule meetings, calls, and presentations with qualified prospects.
• Maintain a structured follow-up process to nurture leads and address objections.
• Actively participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress and share insights.
• Provide consistent reports on lead qualifications and conversion activities.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Address customer inquiries and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Work diligently to meet and exceed weekly and monthly conversion targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field preferred.
• Fresher or 1 year experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service advantageous.
• Exceptional verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated with a relentless drive to achieve sales targets.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus.
• Knowledge of the freight forwarding and logistics industry highly beneficial.
