Seasonal Food & Beverage Assistant

We are currently recruiting for a Seasonal Food & Beverage Assistant at Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels. The Seasonal roles run between March - October 2025. Please note that only successful candidates will be contacted within 2 weeks of application being received.
40 hours per week. £13.82 per hour, live-in accommodation available £82 per week including all meals and bills.
The role of a Food and Beverage Assistant involves preparing food and beverage service areas to Hand Picked Hotels standards ensuring high standards of presentation are always maintained. You will be expected to be able to hold a good level of knowledge regarding food menu items and availability, including main ingredients, allergens and preparation style. To be considered for this role you will have current experience of food and beverage within a quality driven hotel.
