Seasonal Receptionist

The role of our receptionist is to deliver an exceptional guest experience, by putting the guest at the heart of everything you do, through
personalised and thoughtful service with care and attention to detail.
You will be expected to demonstrate a high level of engagement with guests throughout their stay to make them feel at home, relaxed, and importantly identify and create magical memories at every possible opportunity.
To be considered for this role you will have a minimum of 2 years experience of working in a luxury four or five star hotel within a front office environment.
You will have proficient computer skills, including knowledge of hotel reservation systems and Microsoft office. Knowledge of Opera is desirable.
This is a Full-Time role working 5 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis, 40 hours per week, which may vary depending on business.
