Sexual Health Receptionist

Please see the Job Description and Person Specification for further details, a summary is below: - Providing a full range of customer service duties, including, meeting and greeting users, booking appointments via telephone and recording messages to be passed along. - Maintaining patient/client records in accordance with Information Management policies, updating and amending details on the Inform system where necessary. - Supporting the closure of clinical venues (with nursing staff), if working at a clinic location as necessary. - Assisting the ISH Clinical Team to prepare patients prior to clinical procedures and chaperoning them.
