How Will You Make an Impact?:

You will play a crucial role in successfully implementing our high-impact pharmaceutical solutions, ensuring world-class standards in formulation and manufacturing processes.

A Day in the Life:

• Monitoring the manufacturing process using process control systems
• Operating production equipment and process control system control units to ensure flawless production.
• Check and review of infrastructure facilities
• Batching of raw materials
• Support product finalization and product filling
• Support in sample drawing
• Collaborate with a team of ambitious professionals to strictly adhere to cGMP guidelines.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent experience, ideally in a technical profession

Experience:

• Required: Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field
• Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Strong attention to detail and dedication to excellence
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Very good German language skills
• Willingness to become a qualified Chemical Process Technician (Apprenticeship)

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

• Work in a shift model (5-shift)
• Able to lift 25 kg and stand for extended periods
• Work in a clean room environment with strict safety protocols

Compensation

• Competitive pay based on Austrian Chemical Industry agreement. Base salary starts at €26,600 for 35.3 hrs/week.
