Company Description

Social Media is important to the lifecycle of our social channels. Our social media presence is engaging more than 40 million Facebook fans, setting live-streaming records on YouTube, promoting rich customer dialogues through Twitter, and much more. Reporting to the Director of Media, you will ensure a pipeline of content for Red Bull US & Red Bull main channels, providing guidance across the Networks and implementing social content across important platforms, tentpole moments, and for daily content needs. You will support new social media programs and content output across earned, managed, and owned platforms.

Job Description

SOCIAL CONTENT PIPELINE

Manage a pipeline of engaging social content for Red Bull USA and Main Channels across Earned and Managed social platforms

Provide guidance across departments and networks for the best social content both on and off platform

Complete daily content needs by aligning with our @redbullusa social team, Network Producers, and regional team on content pipeline

Pitch and implement social content pieces to be distributed across all social media platforms, with a focus on TikTok and Instagram

Work with social team and regional communications team to develop a creator network to partner with talent and implement social vision

Oversee content strategy and plans for assigned projects and social content pieces

Must understand consumer engagement and platform first perspective when building social content

Evolve our social content to be the best while meeting ever-evolving platform needs

Help ensure consistency of message and brand values across multiple platforms and playgrounds while tailoring each piece of content per platform, per audience

Work with channel managers to implement social productions with strategic programming plans and publishing timelines

Execution and project management of content projects from start to finish

CONTENT INNOVATION AND EDUCATION

Help guide the broader organization network teams to produce content based on trending topics, athlete/artist moments, Red Bull events and playgrounds

Work with other departments to support the business and their social content plans and deliveries with content plan support

Create innovative, forward-leaning multi-platform content that generates buzz and increases engagement for Red Bull’s Media Network

Work with other teams (Networks, Marketing, Regions, etc.) to ensure social content pipeline is being addressed and that social is top-of-mind and within marketing plans for all programs

Coach all Network and Regional content production teams to improve all content to include social needs

Ensure close collaboration with Network counterparts, sharing best practices and looking for opportunities to extend content and series to a wider audience

Develop close collaboration with Red Bull Media House (RBMH) and Red Bull North America to ensure consistency across all social content

TEAM MANAGEMENT

Manage output of social content for US main channels and team workflow

Oversee contract and partner productions/individuals and deliverables

Source outside creators to help develop a creator network according to the Sr. Manager of Social Opinion Leaders so they can be used for content development and increase brand awareness and social channel growth

Social content project ownership and advisory verticals

Work with Media Insights to ensure consumer and platform insights are considered and incorporated into their content creation

Hold team and creator network accountable to our content standards and legal guidelines, without it getting in the way of creativity.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience as producer of content in multi-channel content creation and production

2+ years of experience immersed in the social and digital landscape

In-depth expertise with digital and social content best practices

Experience ideating and implementing creative written and multi-media content

Editorial skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Must be fluent n English, additional language skills an advantage

Additional Information

Compensation: $98,000 - $147,000 + cash incentives

Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience
