Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
We're seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our Software team in Austin.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Gathering Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and document detailed software requirements.
  • Creating User Stories: Translate requirements into clear and concise user stories for the development team.
  • Defining Acceptance Criteria: Establish criteria that must be met for a user story to be considered complete.
  • Clarifying Requirements: Provide ongoing clarification and additional details to the development team during sprints.
  • Collaborating in an Agile Team Environment: Work closely with the Agile team, including Developers, Testers, Scrum Master and Product Owner, to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team to ensure requirements are accurately captured and understood.
  • UI/UX Recommendations: Provide suggestions on the UI/UX aspects of features to enhance user experience.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Learning and Development: Demonstrate a drive to learn about the semiconductor industry and stay updated with industry trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
  • Familiarity with the Agile Scrum framework
  • Strong verbal/written communication and collaboration skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
