Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate appointments, interviews, and events related to recruiting and development
• Support the organization of workshops, trainings, events and employer branding activities
• Communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Assist with administrative tasks and maintain relevant tools (e.g., KA-Academy, SAP SuccessFactors)

Requirements

• Enrolled in a university program (e.g., HR, Psychology, Business Administration)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proactive, reliable and structured way of working
• Team spirit and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• Confident in using MS Office tools

In accordance with the collective agreement for bank employees and bankers, we ensure a remuneration that is in line with market standards and adjusted to your experience and qualifications. According to the collective agreement, the salary for this position starts at € 2.390,-.
