About the role

As a Summer Trainee in the People function, you will be involved in various tasks that support our People initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the analysis of employee engagement results and work related to company culture.
• Contributing to the preparation of strategic workforce planning and other projects communication and training materials.
• Working on other People initiatives and tasks, such as Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) data analysis or business line leadership team work, based on your own ambitions and aspirations.

About you

We’re looking for a student who is eager to gain hands-on experience in people (HR) data analysis and producing top-notch communication material within people & culture. You are currently pursuing a degree within Business, HR, psychology, humanities or other relevant field. Ideally you would be proactive, come with a growth-mindset and have good communication skills. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Finnish and Swedish is a plus.
