About This Role

The Supervisor, Design Engineering for the ALC West region will manage and provide consistent engineering drawings and software. You’ll provide training and support to engineers and ensure their utilization. You’ll also work directly with Project Managers within the greater team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the ALC West Engineering team.
• Handle time management and timesheet approval for the ALC West Engineering team.
• Uphold Engineering Standards to match other branches.
• Set Engineering goals for the ALC West Engineering team.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of programming and engineering experience with Automated Logic Controls (ALC).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to provide engineering drawings.
• Demonstrate strong management skills.

Pay Range:

$76,516 - $107,122 Annually
