Job description
The opportunity exists for the right candidate to join the support services as part of the administration team the Property Services section. As well as major changes in service delivery, we are implementing a new IT system with all the changes to processes that this will involve. It offers the opportunity to challenge and revise what is an already high performing service within a stock retaining local authority.
The Support section will deliver key clerical and administrative services across the whole of the Property Services section, covering asset management, compliance documentation, process administration, payments, responsive maintenance, and planned works contracts.
The post offers an opportunity for the right person with drive and vision to fulfil a flexible and comprehensive role across Property Services to an excellent standard that meets tenants’ needs and aspirations. We are looking for someone with sound knowledge that is seeking an opportunity to further develop their skills and career. You will need to be people-centred, well organised and share our commitment to providing dynamic and progressive services through innovation and forward thinking.
