OnsiteCollins Aerospace in Spokane WA is hiring for a motivated Textile Operator. In this position you will work onsite and be responsible for the production of carbon-carbon composite production and other key industry technology, we do offer training for this role.

Shift: Our Operators love our 4 days on - 4 off schedule, 6:00am - 6:00pm, rotating between day/night shift every 6 weeks.
+$2.25/hr shift differential paid on both day and night shifts.
The salary range for this role is $34,902.40 to $47,216 with an additional 16 hours/month in average of built-in overtime; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Observe and follow all environmental, health and safety procedures.
- Adhere to all engineering instruction, standard operation procedures, and all departmental procedures.
- Learn and assist with data entry requirements and process documentation.
- Become proficient in the set-up and operation of all Textile manufacturing and test equipment.
- Learn and perform all in-process Quality checks, this includes statistical process control, Areal Weight, Mahlo, VMS, gamma gauge, etc.
- Learn and perform Equipment Preventative Maintenance.
- Operate support equipment such as: Preform Lectra Autocutter System, Forklifts, Scissor Lifts, Power Tools, etc.
- Load and unload Needle Boards per recipes and needle rotation requirements.
- Learn the environment control system and know the requirements.
- Complete department training program in the time allotted.
- Meet the target productivity levels established for the department.
- Complete tasks as assigned by your management team.
- Assist other departments as necessary with approval from your management team.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement and ACE activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Comply with all other company policies and procedures
Required Basic Qualifications:
- HS Diploma. In the absence of a HS diploma or GED, 2 years of relevant experience is required.
- Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident “Green Card” holder
- Must be able to work our shift schedule: 4 x 12 hour shifts, rotating days to nights every 6 weeks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Production or manufacturing experience.
