  • Enjoys fast-paced distribution environments
  • Comfortable with standing, lifting, and walking for long periods
  • Warehouse/logistics experience is a plus, but not required
  • Experience with warehouse equipment is a plus, but not required
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
  • People-person, good at building rapport

  • Team player, but can work solo
  • 18 years or older (IKEA safety requirement)

A day in your life with us
  • Handle shipping, picking, receiving, and storage
  • Unload and manage inbound/outbound merchandise
  • Secure merchandise for safe movement
  • Verify received articles against paperwork
  • Document and remove damaged merchandise
  • Store/stage pallets in assigned locations
  • Maintain safety and security in work areas
  • Promote IKEA culture and embrace diversity
  • Contribute to a positive community and environmental impact.
