The essential responsibilities of the Workforce Analyst are to support the Customer Care Division and other areas by analyzing, monitoring and forecasting customer contact workload for workforce projections and scheduling; prepare and defend scoreboard data, workforce projections and scheduling for daily and peak periods in contact centers; assist in writing areas / departments' processes and / or procedures; procedures for systems enhancements; resolve system problems; assist area management on employees' workload.
