We are looking for a Working Student (f/m/d) Strategy to join our team at Innomotics.

Your future role.

• You conduct in-depth analysis of competitors to identify strategies and trends.
• You assist in researching and evaluating potential strategic initiatives.
• You'll support us preparing management-ready presentations for internal stakeholders.
• You assist in various day-to-day strategic tasks.
• You summarize findings and key insights to facilitate decision-making processes.
• You'll engage with internal stakeholders to gather information and insights.
• Furthermore, you participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions and knowledge sharing activities.

Your profile.

• You're currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering or Science with a management focus or strong business interest.
• You've strong analytical and research skills.
• You're proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Experience with Efficient Elements and Think Cell is a plus.
• You got the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• You also have good communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Consulting internship experience is a plus.
