About the role

The HR Staff Hub Administrator role is based within the HR Staff Hub, the team that provides transactional HR support to all employees at Imperial College London. This role is based in the Operational Team within the Staff Hub that provides frontline support for transactional HR queries.

This is a fast paced, busy role managing incoming requests for the HR Staff Hub via our ticket management platform in addition to answering incoming calls.

The HR Staff Hub Administrator will have exposure to a myriad of HR related matters and will be responsible for proactively resolving requests and the triaging of tickets to the relevant queues where appropriate.

What you would be doing

As a pivotal member of the HR Staff Hub, the HR Staff Hub Administrator will be responsible for:

Responsible for triaging incoming requests to the HR portal ensuring accurate allocation of work.
Prioritise work within the Operations queue to deliver timely responses to queries.
Respond to queries relating to pay liaising with the Payroll Team when required.
Taking ownership of complex queries utilising various sources of information to understand and resolve the issue.
Respond to incoming telephone calls in a timely manner.
Resolve queries by pointing customers to available online help.

We are seeking a proactive individual that puts the customer first and strives to deliver exceptional levels of service.

The HR Staff Hub Administrator will need to adapt to changing priorities and have the ability to process high volumes of requests.

A strong sense of team who can build relationships with other team members and wider HR and Payroll colleagues to resolve queries in a timely manner.
