THE PERSON

• Previous experience in an administrative role

• Experience in a school administrative role would be an advantage

• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

• IT proficiency

THE JOB

• To liaise and communicate effectively with pupils, staff, parents and outside agencies

• To assist with the accurate completion of Admissions and Attendance documentation

• To assist with the oversight of the school’s MIS systems

• To assist with minute taking as required

• To be responsible for Health & Safety administration

• To be responsible for administration relating to annual reviews

WORKING HOURS

8 hours per week initially. Monday to Thursday. Specific hours to be discussed at interview.

SALARY

Full-time equivalent salary range is £25,410 - £27,510 per annum dependent on qualifications and experience. Pro-rata for part-time. This will be pro rata for the number of hours worked. Company benefits include retail discounts, online GP, employee wellbeing programmes, pension scheme, eye tests.
