THE PERSON
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Experience in a school administrative role would be an advantage
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- IT proficiency
THE JOB
- To liaise and communicate effectively with pupils, staff, parents and outside agencies
- To assist with the accurate completion of Admissions and Attendance documentation
- To assist with the oversight of the school’s MIS systems
- To assist with minute taking as required
- To be responsible for Health & Safety administration
- To be responsible for administration relating to annual reviews

WORKING HOURS
8 hours per week initially. Monday to Thursday. Specific hours to be discussed at interview.
SALARY
Full-time equivalent salary range is £25,410 - £27,510 per annum dependent on qualifications and experience. Pro-rata for part-time. This will be pro rata for the number of hours worked. Company benefits include retail discounts, online GP, employee wellbeing programmes, pension scheme, eye tests.
